I just joined the club today, at first I was unable to add items to my cart with the 40% off discount. I emailed Julie and within the hour she responded. She worked with me off and one for at least a couple of hours until I was able to get my cart to accept the discount code. Just FYI for future reference, my problem was that I was unable to include SALE items and regular priced items (which would be converted to 40% off) in the same cart.
